Two, 2-hour Modules (9am - 11:30am PT)

Combinations of onsite and remote employees can create issues around visibility for employees based on where and how they work. This translates to differences in organizational influence and power. In this session, participants learn how proximity bias factors into work culture and requires adjustment to reduce the halo effect of who and what is seen. Explore ways people managers can create practices and points for intervention that allow all team members, regardless of location, to be valued and visible to colleagues and leaders.
