Leading Today’s Workforce cohort is a 5-week program (2-hour weekly learning sessions) of interactive workshops where you will learn how to lead with confidence and effectiveness in today's complex world.

Most of us struggle with effective time management. The good news is that you can introduce a few simple practices and tools to your team to see an immediate improvement in task completion, commitment to priorities, and reduction in stress.
Project management – Make things happen
Anyone can learn the most useful tools and step-by-step structures that professional project managers use to skillfully guide complex projects that happen on time, on budget, and with great results.
Change management and adaptive teamwork

Final project presentations & graduation
We will review the key themes of the sessions and students will give a short presentation about their learnings. We’ll then celebrate!
A reunion session will be held after 3 months.
