1. Approval by your supervisor is required before registering for a course. Please contact your supervisor to discuss your development needs and to ensure that the course you are enrolling in is relevant to your current role and development plan.
2. Visit learnit.com and choose a class.
3. Send an email to the HR Talent Team with the full name of the class and the date(s) you'd like to attend. Include your manager on CC. When the HR Talent Team approves the request, they will enroll you to the requested class.
4. If there are more people with the same training need, the HR Talent Team will consider bringing training on that topic in house.
