City of San Jose Leading Remote Work

The City of San José is partnering with Learnit to offer a Learning Program that will provide Supervisors the skills needed to thrive in a remote environment. The stakes in a remote environment are high, and Supervisors require the necessary resources and tools to successfully lead a team.

Participants will discuss numerous obstacles and challenges that leaders face, and what steps can be taken to enable a remote team to succeed. Learnit will work with participants to explore technology, discover how gaps in culture influence remote communication, and learn how to handle remote performance management. All classes will be delivered virtually.
