Before specializing in human skills development, Christian honed his ability to navigate complex organizations as a corporate trainer in hospitality and as a manager of international teams across three time zones and two continents at Netflix. He is also a trained crisis counselor, which grounds his facilitation in clear, empathetic communication.
Christian is an accomplished playwright, screenwriter, and founder of a non-profit arts organization in his hometown of Los Angeles.
