Here, we examine the psychology behind assertiveness and unlock skills that make it easier for everyone to get their point across without coming across as offensive.
Some people seem to be naturally good at talking through difficult conversations. In this session we unpack structures used by the most successful communicators so we can use them ourselves.
We will review the key themes of the sessions, and students will give a short presentation about their learnings. We’ll then celebrate!
