I have built my career on teaching and facilitating, from K-12 education through post-secondary and graduate-level instruction. Now, I bring my learning and development foundation into applied AI. I have developed AI fluency for enterprise teams, guiding people from curiosity to confident, independent use, and focusing on AI interpretation. My goal is to help teams understand not just how to use AI tools, but what they mean for the way they work independently and together.
I completed the AI Business Leader certification and Certified AI Training Facilitator credentials, both through the International Product Foundation and Tacit-Edge. I continue investing in my own AI upskilling by completing additional training across AI tools including Google Gemini, Anthropic's Claude, and Microsoft Copilot 365. My experience includes building a regional AI upskilling strategy for a diverse SaaS team and providing a foundational template for consistent AI development across the global organization.
Rather than positioning myself as the sole expert in the room, I focus on helping people build their own curiosity and confidence to explore AI on their own terms. I am also committed to finding the fun in learning on the frontier of this way of working together.
