Get Ready: Our ‘Next Normal’ is a Multicultural & Hybrid Workforce!
As organizations reemerge, Dr. Airies will foster an interactive discussion on the future state of what our ’Next Normal’ lives will look like with a multicultural and hybrid workforce. Organizational conversations centered around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) transformation cause further examination on how this ‘Next Normal will impact our own careers and identities as leaders.’
Dr. Airies Davis is an educator, author, talent-strategist, coach, and monthly columnist of ‘The Dr. Airies Report’ in the AWBC magazine- the voice of success and empowerment for African American women.
The practitioner-scholar threads diversity, equity, equality, inclusion, and belonging (DEEIB) throughout the fiber of her 10+ year experiences, including leading large-scale strategic talent development initiatives and multicultural teams for such organizations as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch Capital, Chicago Public Schools, and Monster Worldwide. As a BetterUp Fellow Coach, she is renowned globally for presenting online and customized evidence-based coaching sessions for a myriad of diverse audiences.
Dr. Davis currently serves as an Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor for Dominican University, Brennan School of Business in River Forest (near Chicago), Illinois. She is the founder of WorkforcEQi, the foremost emotional intelligence expert in addressing DEEIB workplace issues and emotions.
Her passion project is creating EtiKID Academy, providing character and career education etiquette to underserved and marginalized BIPOC populations. As a newly minted published author, her book chapter is entitled Emotionally Intelligent Wonder Women: Behold Our SHEro Leadership Powers at Work. Dr. Davis’s academic journey includes an earned education psychology doctorate from the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education, and Gies MBA from the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana. She resides in Chicago, IL.
