Get Ready: Our ‘Next Normal’ is a Multicultural & Hybrid Workforce!

As organizations reemerge, Dr. Airies will foster an interactive discussion on the future state of what our ’Next Normal’ lives will look like with a multicultural and hybrid workforce. Organizational conversations centered around diversity, equity,  inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) transformation cause further examination on how this ‘Next Normal will impact our own careers and identities as leaders.’

What you can expect to gain from this session:

  • Understand the demographics of our emerging ‘Next Normal’ workforce
  • Create DEIB best practices on how to navigate a multicultural and hybrid workforce
  • Reflect on the  impact of the ‘Next Normal’ on leader’s careers and identities
