Learnit is looking for an ambitious early-career sales professional to join our high-energy, high-impact team as an Account Executive — focused on new business development.
• Remote (U.S.-based) — work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Travel — 2–3 trips per year to San Francisco for team connection and growth events.
• Sales Motion — You'll develop and close new business primarily through virtual prospecting, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person events or meetings.
You have grit, ambition, and a hunger to learn. Maybe you have 1+ year as an SDR — or maybe you've built your drive through other experiences like athletics or professional services roles (think event coordination, client service, etc.).
You're comfortable taking action, not waiting for perfect instructions.

• Own your pipeline: Prospect, build relationships, and close new business development opportunities with mid-sized organizations.
• Engage decision-makers: Build trusted partnerships with HR, Talent, and Learning leaders.
• Bring energy every day: Focus on outreach, discovery, and creating value —your activity matters most early on.
• Learn fast and level up: Get direct coaching and support to sharpen your consultative selling skills.
• Grow your career: High performers have paths into leadership roles or enterprise/named account sales.
• 1+ year of sales development or outbound client-facing experience preferred, but not required — attitude and aptitude matter most.
• A growth mindset and a relentless work ethic.
• Comfort with high activity levels (calls, emails, outreach) — no call reluctance.
• Strong communication skills: Clear, professional, and confident.
• Bonus: An athletic, competitive, or client-service background.
• $80K base salary + $50K variable = $130K OTE first year.
• Ongoing coaching, support, and clear paths for growth into leadership or enterprise sales roles.
