Learnit is thrilled to be partnering with Kotter for this special session on Leading Through Times of Crisis & Change. Founded by renowned Harvard professor and best-selling author, Dr. John Kotter, Kotter helps organizations mobilize their people to achieve quantitative and qualitative results even in efficiencies, innovation, growth, culture, digital transformation, and other areas that inherently demand change despite what often seem like impenetrable barriers.

2020 has delivered some of the most extreme conditions of change that we have ever experienced in our lifetimes. At both a personal and professional level – and with even those lines becoming increasingly blurred – organizations have had to respond faster with a narrower margin for error.

The bottom line is that there is more change, occurring at a rapidly increasing velocity, and organizations do not have the luxury of time to experiment with how to respond. Before 2020 we were Leading Change. Now, we need to Lead Rapid Change

And we need to do it with high impact and positive energy.

Instructor Bio:

Russell Raath is President of Kotter, responsible for some of Kotter’s major client engagements and is a member of Kotter’s Senior Leadership Team.

Russell has over 20 years of experience working with clients around the world on operational and strategic challenges. His work has covered a range of subject areas, with broad projects including enterprise transformations, growth and operational excellence initiatives, and post- merger integration support. With a deep focus on the intersection of operational execution and culture within organizations, Russell has worked with the teams and leaders of some of the world’s most recognized and reputable companies.

He received his joint degree in commerce and laws from the University of Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. Russell also studied at the New York Institute of Finance.

Russell was born in Zimbabwe and spent time living and working around the world before moving to the United States. He is currently based in New York, NY.
