Two, 2-hour Modules (9am - 11:30am PT)

Participants leave this training with practical approaches to identify hidden/implicit biases, notice the impact of unconscious bias on others, and expand their capability to disrupt behaviors and actions that exclude verses include people. In the process, people rewire their thinking and adopt new operating frameworks. They gain awareness, skills, and practices to prevent problems, and even become champions for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Outcomes:

  • Participants will leave this learning session with new practical approaches to identify and disrupt Subtle Acts of Exclusion (i.e., microaggressions) in real time.
  • Learn how biases unwittingly impact the actions/conversations that occur in your organization.
  • Learn immediate actions you can take that will leave people with an authentic experience of being included.
