In this workshop, you’ll learn important decision-making concepts, techniques, and processes. To maximize benefits, and minimize negative consequences, decisions that are complex or have a high impact should be made using a systematic approach. This course will help you better understand how to properly define a decision required, frame the decision, communicate and implement the decision, and monitor results. This workshop will also educate you on biases, which are common when making decisions, so you can successfully identify them and develop ways to overcome them.
