Inclusion

From $0
Two, 2-hour Modules (9am - 11:30am PT)

Inclusion trains employees to work more effectively with others of differing backgrounds, abilities, nationalities, genders, religions, etc. Often referred to as diversity and inclusion training, this session emphasizes what it means to authentically be inclusive of all types of employees. Our training engages you to experience the benefits of diversity, which include above-average financial returns, more innovation, happier staff and better decision-making.

Participants will leave this learning session with practical approaches to appropriately respond to the attitudes, feelings, or circumstances of groups of people who work together and may come from a wide-range of distinctive racial, national, religious, linguistic, or cultural heritage.

Intended Outcomes:

  1. You will discover and practice a new and powerful way of communicating and listening to all people, which will leave you and others with an authentic experience of truly being-listened-to (i.e., being heard).
  2. You will practice different approaches for taking action to address harmful interactions including professional concerns and microaggressions in clinical environments.
