Giving Effective Feedback

People with the best of intentions sometimes sabotage growth moments. The way you approach giving feedback makes a huge difference. Here, we learn to give fast and effective feedback respectfully without getting emotions involved.

Note: 

The “Receiving Feedback” session is first on purpose. Feedback is easier to give if you know what to do with it. Each module stands on its own, but we do recommend attending both. This is essential stuff!
