Build Resilience cohort is a 5-week program (2-hour weekly learning sessions) of interactive workshops to boost your strength and ability to cope with adversity and stress in the workplace.
Resilient people can shift team mindsets, navigate uncertainties, and provide the self-leadership necessary to succeed in an unpredictable future. This cohort will help you to step up to the next level of leadership.
What's included
Week 1
Mindfulness & stress reduction for professionals
Apply research-based real-world skills you can use at any time to ground yourself and immediately reduce stress.
Week 2
Self-awareness & self-management
Here, we examine the science and tools you can use to understand what’s going on with you and the people around you.
Week 3
Growth mindset
We learn the skills required to develop and practice a mindset that allows us to resist our inherent negativity bias and supercharge growth.
Week 4
Adaptability
In this session, you’ll leverage your growth mindset to better adapt, adjust and problem solve.
Week 5
Final project presentations & graduation
Key themes of the sessions will be reviewed and students will give a short presentation about their learnings. Then we’ll celebrate!
Reunion
A reunion session will be held after 3 months.
