Position Overview

The Product Manager role at Learnit is key to defining and building the Learnit Platform and managing the User Experience. You will research the product vision and strategy, determine the product roadmap, and lead a team to create a new Learnit platform. You will work across all departments internally to define needs and combine those with end-user and client managers' feature requests.

Who You Are

  • You are organized. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a new client platform requiring input from internal and external sources. You look for ways to streamline your time and activities to meet deadlines set by ourself and the Executive Team.
  • You are user-focused. User Experience is your primary focus. With our platform, we will need to address multiple user profiles, and each one will need to have a voice in your design and architect decisions.
  • You are a doer. Ultimately you are responsible for the clients' success. Working with your Learning Strategist, you will form plans for each client and be the principal owner of executing those plans. You take ownership as a badge of pride.


  • Be the main point of contact to understand customer use cases and develop a product roadmap to help solve those use cases.
  • Have UX/CX be the driving force in your decisions
  • Drive a cross-functional project team through discovery and development
  • Advocate for the customer, bringing new features and experiences to life
  • Communicate business goals and project status with stakeholders, gain early buy-in and trust
  • Measure success through quantitative/qualitative metrics, KPIs
  • Voice of the reason behind investing time and money in projects and ideas
  • Work with engineers and UX to ensure features and level of effort are in sync


  • 3+ Years in a Product Manager Role
  • Strong web and mobile design framework
  • Experience with project management tools (Salesforce, MS Planner, Trello, Jira)

Salary Range

  • $65,000 - $85,000 base
  • $10,000 - $20,000 in bonus potential
