PUBLIC CLASS CANCELLATION POLICIES
(Days = Business Days):
IT Training: 10 Days | Professional Development Training | End-User Training: 3 Days
If You cancel in writing prior to the cancellation period there will be no charge to Your training package. Learn iT's cancellation/re-schedule policy is strictly enforced and failure to follow this policy will result in the deduction of classes from Your training package and there will be no refund. Students do have the option to send a substitute student to the scheduled class in their place. For IT and Professional Development Training courses students can reschedule the class delivered by Learn iT! at no additional fee for up to one year. For IT Training courses delivered by partners, students are responsible to pay for the pass-through enrollment costs when they retake or reschedule a class. Learn iT! reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment and Learn iT! will apply funds for classes it cancels to a future class.
PRIVATE TRAINING AND ROOM RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Private Training and Classroom Rentals – 15 Business Days
If you cancel in writing prior to the cancellation period there will be no charge or deduction from your training package. Our cancellation/re-schedule policy is strictly enforced; failure to follow this policy will result in a full invoice for the cancelled course or full deduction of class(es) from your training package and there will be no refund. Private Classes and Classroom rentals can be re-scheduled at 75% the cost of the original class date
EXPIRATION: All Packages Purchased are valid for 12 months.
Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers:
If class is paid for using Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATVs), ten (10) business days' notice is required to reschedule without additional fees.
In case of a no-show or cancellation with less than ten (10) business days' notice, 100% of class price ($595 per day per student) will be due according to date of original invoice or date of Term Net 30. Any coupons used will not be returned to the coupon pool. If a seat license was used, the client will forfeit those days. For premium classes, multiple coupons will be pulled.
Students are allowed up to One (1) reschedule per class up until 48-hours before course start date. Any reschedules after that point will incur a processing fee equal to 50% of the retail price. The new session date must be given at the time of the reschedule notification and rescheduled classes must be taken within 6 months of the original invoice date.
First class must be taken within 6 months of payment. After the start date of a Card/Package, no full or partial refunds will be given for any portion of the Pass/Card/Package. In the event of force majeure or impossibility or impracticability of performance, Training Partnership Agreements that provide a discounted purchase price, might be terminated. In these cases Learn iT! will calculate any refunds due by subtracting the retail price of each course attended or scheduled and missed, materials, plus any additional cancellation fees from initial investment. Custom course development work is non-refundable. These refunds will be processed in 30 days from the day your refund has been acknowledged and approved.
