The Learn IT! T&D Process:
- Simply let your Learn IT! Account Executive (AE) know you'd like to get the process kicked off.
- Each participating staff member completes a short softcopy T&D form.
- Email the completed forms to your Learn IT! AE.
- Learn IT!'s Director of Technical Training Solutions reviews the forms in detail, making preliminary judgements about appropriate courses and potential certifications.
- Your Learn IT! AE sets up a T&D conference call with either the group manager, or each individual staff member, and our Director.
- Upon completion of the evaluation process, our Director builds a comprehensive T&D report broken out by staff member with recommended courses, tracks, and certifications. To enable you to easily review our recommendations, we also add links to our course descriptions and dates.
- Your AE delivers your completed plan to you.
- Next, coordinate your schedules with ours, enroll, and start attending courses. It is that easy and effective.
