The goal of this two-day, instructor-led course is to provide program managers, project managers, project planners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively to create, update & maintain projects with Project Professional and Project Server.
Prerequisites
- A working knowledge of basic project management concepts.
Audience
Candidates for this course are project management professionals with at least one year experience using Project 2000/2003/2003.
After completing this course, students will be able to:
- Open and save a project to Project Server
- Assign enterprise resources to a project
- Add & view documents to the document repository
- Add & view issues to projects and tasks
- Request and view status reports
- Manage team member notifications
- Approve or reject team member time tracking
