Day 1:

Microsoft Outlook is best known as the most popular e-mail management software in the world, but it has the ability to also manage your schedule, retain your contacts, and help keep your tasks on track. The first day of this course will give participants the fundamental groundwork to begin using Outlook’s full potential, and ensure a solid understanding of the possibilities of this tool.

The first half of this class focuses specifically on advanced e-mail tools and collaboration, while the second half delves deeper into the configuration of outlook and how to connect it with other programs such as word. Participants should be familiar with the basic functionality of Outlook, and have an interest in mastering this program.
