  • Employ a 2 step process to understand your own mental models
  • Develop a plan to remove mental models so you can think critically
  • Use a researched model called the Ladder of Inference to make better decisions

Decision Making & Strategic Problem Solving Tools

  • Understand 6 different styles of critical thinking and use them to make better individual and group decisions
  • Learn and practice an anonymous group decision-making tool that will foster new ideas and expedite the decision-making process for groups
  • Apply the Productive Thinking Model to solve problems or generate creative ideas
