Testing your System

Your Learn iT! Anywhere virtual class will require some advance preparation.

Attending a Learn iT! Anywhere class requires that you have a broadband connection to the internet and a windows operating system. You will also need a telephone, preferably with a hands-free headset.

You're ready for your Learn iT Anywhere class! Please: Acquire a hands-free headset for your phone. Start your class 15 minutes before instruction!

Not able to log on?

Download and install the most recent version of the Microsoft Remote Desktop Application (you may need your I.T. department to allow the install) DOWNLOAD If you are running the Microsoft Windows XP operating system, please download and install this fixit. (You may need your I.T. Department to allow the install) DOWNLOAD After installing, test (as above) again!   Still can't log on? Contact Learn iT!
