Testing your System
Your Learn iT! Anywhere virtual class will require some advance preparation.
Attending a Learn iT! Anywhere class requires that you have a broadband connection to the internet and a windows operating system. You will also need a telephone, preferably with a hands-free headset.

You're ready for your Learn iT Anywhere class! Please:
- Acquire a hands-free headset for your phone.
- Start your class 15 minutes before instruction!

| Not able to log on? |
- Download and install the most recent version of the Remote Desktop (you may need your I.T. department to allow the install)
- After installing, test (as above) again!
- Still can't log on? Call Learn iT! Anywhere support at 415.946.6500.
