The CISSP credential demonstrates competence in the 10 domains of the (ISC)² CISSP CBK: Access Control; Application Security; Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery; Cyptography; Information Security & Risk Management; Legal, Regulations, Compliance & Investigations; Operations Security; Physical (Environmental) Security; Security Architecture & Design; and Telecommunications & Network Security. CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Security+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that validates knowledge of communication security, infrastructure security, cryptography, operational security, and general security concepts. Although not a prerequisite, it is recommended that CompTIA Security+ candidates have at least two years on-the-job networking experience, with an emphasis on security. The CompTIA Network+ certification is also recommended.

MCTS: Forefront Client and Server, Configuration
Certified Technology Specialist (1 MCTS exam)
This exam is for IT professionals who work in mid-sized to large computing environments and who are deploying and using Forefront technologies. This exam focuses on Forefront Client Security, Forefront Server Security, and Forefront Edge Security. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in desktop administration and Windows server administration as well as knowledge of malicious software (malware), anti-virus software, and spam protection software. Typical tasks include deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting each Forefront product. Candidates should have a good understanding of general security concepts.
