Best Practices for successful LiveMeeting instructor-led event

·         Duration of Webinar – 60 or 90 minute webinar with 15-30 minute Q&A at conclusion 

·         Recording – Recorded sessions delivered in a stand-alone environment (without web/live participants)

·         Audience – Separate live participants and Virtual/Web attendees for optimal experience

·         Invitations to Students –Announce and invite students 2-3 weeks prior and reminder email 3 business days prior.

·         Number of Attendees – For a productive session, we recommend  30 students 

·         Student Materials – Students download and print the handouts posted and available during the session for note-taking.

Next Day

 

Review on-line evaluations, attendance and instructor feedback.  Debrief on success and areas for improvement for future webinars.
